All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for jewelry once it has been purchased.
Exceptions:
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged due to shipping
If an issue occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Issues

•Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
•Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Cancellations
